Our 4 season waterfront cottage is conveniently located less than 1.5 hrs from Toronto, in the heart of Kawartha Lakes on the Trent Severn Waterway. Property includes a renovated boathouse with a 750 sq. ft. rooftop sundeck overlooking the lake - perfect for watching the beautiful scenery and stunning north western sunsets.
This is the ideal retreat to come together away from the hustle and bustle of the life. Set in the lush and calming Kawarthas, Pleasant Point is a peaceful, private venue nestled in nature. The perfect place to brainstorm, create, relax and regroup.

Furnished with private spaces in mind, your group can spread out in our dining room, living room, basement nook, and screened in porch with additional dining table and sitting areas. Or, head outdoors to the gazebo, lakeside fire pit, or large sitting area overlooking the lake. When weather is nice, the renovated boat house deck has another full size dining table and relaxed seating areas. Dream, relax, collaborate or chill and enjoy our happy place.
Closest Town: 15 minutes to Lindsay, 20 minutes to Bobcaygeon, and 40 minutes to Fenelon Falls (all accessible via boat)

Summer Activities: Chilling, walking, sunset views, board games, hiking, cycling. Golf courses nearby. Bring your fishing rods. Fantastic fishing off the dock. *Each person with rod in water will need a valid fishing licence.
Swimming: Shallow access area with pebble bottom and clear water. Water shoes suggested.
Watercraft: Two kayaks are waiting for you at the boathouse.
Winter Activities: Lake access to ice fishing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and OFSC snowmobile trails.
